- On the transfer, name and surname of the author must
be specified clearly, together with any relevant fiscal
information.
- Credit-card payment will not be possible; on-site
payment must be done in cash.
- Each registered person is entitled to one and only one
presentation.
- Each presentation must have at least one registered
author.
- The the participant's fee includes the lunches, the
coffee-breaks, the social dinner, the congress excursion,
the prsentation of his/her own work, one copy of the
Conference Proceedings, internet access during the
meeting, bus tickets for travelling from the town centre
to the congress venue (upn request).
- The the accompanying person's fee includes
the social dinner, the congress excursion, the social
programme (visits to places of cultural and natural
interest), internet access during the
meeting, bus tickets for travelling from the town centre
to the congress venue (upn request).
- (*) Reduced fee for students, fellowship holders
and postdocs. The registration fee includes everything
except the social dinner, which they will be able to pay
at a discounted rate.
